27 days since I started this journey. I've done a heap of reading and I find it really interesting how many others out there are searching for harmony and balance in their life. Be it stopping bad habits like drinking, over working, stress etc the common thread for them all is the desire for inner peace.
So I've considered the stop, start, continue exercise and the stop is obviously alcohol abuse but I've yet to define the start and continue elementshtparts. I'm going to focus on these thus week and share soon.
